Almost There

The school year is almost over. Two more days of regular classes, a half day of cleaning out the classroom, a half day of awards and recognition, and one day of field trip. . . then it's bye-bye kids. In a way, I am ready. In a way, I know that if you give me two weeks I'm gonna be missing them. . . well at least most of them. And the thought that we have worked together all year long, but now I won't be seeing them (probably) ever again. It's sad. :O(

Ummm, because it's the end of the school year and I'm moving back over to the other side of the Atlantic Ocean this summer.

I'd keep a class roster of all your kids, or an annual if they have those over there. Add to it all those you've enjoyed being with while there. A few notes on who they are and what you did with them is a good idea as well. 20 years from now you'll enjoy reliving this part of your life, but without some notes you'll forget a lot. Wish I'd done this when I was your age.
Cheers

Good idea! We don't have annuals, but I have taken some pictures over the course of the year. I'll need to do a scrap book of my time in Cairo and have a section of it dedicated to the school.
